Privacy Policy
Sakura Central Law Office (representative: Kaoru Miyatake, Gyoseishoshi lawyer; "the Office") handles information obtained through the contact form and use of this website as described below.
1. Information we collect
- Information you enter in the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), inquiry type, details (optional), and the language of the page you used (Japanese / English / Chinese).
- Information for submission security: the sender's IP address. The IP address itself is not stored; it is converted into a non-reversible identifier (hash) and used temporarily to limit the number of submissions. This temporary data is deleted automatically (kept for roughly two days at most).
2. Purposes of use
- Replying to your inquiry and contacting you about procedures
- Preventing abusive or excessive submissions
We do not use the information for any other purpose. We do not respond to sales or solicitation messages.
3. How your inquiry is handled
Your input is validated by a receiving program on the rental server used by the Office and then sent as an email to the Office's inbox. The content you enter is not saved in files or a database on the server. Your email address is set as the Reply-To address so that we can reply to you.
We cannot completely rule out the possibility that an email does not reach the Office because of communication failures. If your matter is urgent, please also call us at +81-6-6115-7005.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. If, after you engage the Office, an application to a public authority is necessary, we will explain it to you and handle your information within the scope of that procedure.
5. Retention and deletion
Inquiry emails are managed within the Office to the extent necessary to respond, and are deleted appropriately when no longer needed.
6. Analytics and external services
This website uses Google Analytics (which uses cookies) to understand how the site is used. The content you enter in the contact form is not sent to analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Google Fonts is also used to display text.
7. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion
To request disclosure, correction or deletion of your personal information, please call +81-6-6115-7005 or contact us through the contact form on this website. We will respond in accordance with applicable law after confirming your identity.
8. Revisions
This policy may be revised as necessary, and the revised version will be published on this page.
